Accounting Administrative Assistant - Downtown Vancouver

My client, an International Teleconferencing firm, is currently seeking an Accounting/Administrative Assistant for their Downtown Vancouver office.

Responsibilities 

My client is looking for someone with an accounting background (does not need to be designated) who is able to perform operations tasks as required and to work early morning hours. This would include answering phone calls and setting up teleconferences with their clients, producing participant lists in excel and eventually leading teleconferences.

Skills & Requirements 

This position would be ideal for someone who is strongly customer service oriented, with excellent communications skills, proficient with numbers, and who has an aptitude/interest in technical duties and communications. This role provides huge growth potential and the opportunity for a stable exciting career. Bachelor's Degree is a MUST, or a diploma from a post Secondary institution.
