Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO - Philadelphia, PA
My client is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to assist the CEO of a successful Real Estate Development firm. The role will be based out of my client’s Plymouth Meeting offices but as this is a 50/50 Personal/Executive Assistant role, there will be some work done out of the family home in Philadelphia. A car is required.
- My client is a high profile business man who needs someone to be his “right hand” This Executive Assistant will be a master of all trades and the senior support for the CEO.
- You will be responsible for managing schedules, appointments, meetings, events, expenses, and travel arrangements, as well as preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- This position will provide tactful and effective communication, prioritization of a variety of personal and professional tasks, as will provide administration support as required.
The CEO is a high profile entrepreneurial Executive, with a background in Real Estate and a variety of other related businesses. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast paced, business environment and must be professional, friendly, organized and have excellent communication skills with uncompromising confidentiality. Confidentiality and discretion are extremely important for this position.
