My client, a large Residential Property Management firm is currently seeking a Rental Property Manager to join their Vancouver Team. As a Rental Property Manager, you will oversee portfolio of buildings and manage a team of Resident and Assistant Resident Managers. This includes maximizing profitability, overseeing the preservation and enhancement of assets, and ensuring positive tenant relations.
