Senior Lease Documentation Administrator - Calgary, AB
My client, an international Property Management firm is currently seeking a Senior Lease Documentation Administrator for their Calgary office. This role will report to the Director and will be responsible for all required files and documentation concerning the preparation and tracking of agreements related to leasing between the owner/landlord and all portfolio tenants.
The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience with a Legal background and exposure to the preparation of Real Estate documentation. Must be able to: draft Lease Proposals, Lease Agreements, Lease Amendments, Signage Agreements, Lease Extensions, Consent to Sublease, Assignment of Lease, Extension of Lease, Revisions, Lease Renewal, Tenant Name Change, Lease Surrender and/or Termination Agreement, etc... Additional responsibilities include accurate and timely preparation of all lease documentation and correspondence between the landlord, tenants and/or legal representatives.
