Fast growing Downtown Property Management firm
Duties:
Liaise with Property Managers, leasing staff and auditors. Supervise a staff of six and provide assistance with special projects as needed.
Accurate and timely delivery of monthly financial information to owners and management.
Completion of annual budgets and month-end activities, including cash flow distribution, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Qualifications:
Accounting designation and a minimum of 3 years Supervisory experience, with a background in dealing with commercial office and retail properties would be an asset.
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 + excellent benefits.
