My client, a large Commercial Property Management firm in Edmonton is currently seeking a Senior Property/Operations Manager to report to the Director. This position will be responsible for a portfolio of buildings in Edmonton, and will have 5 Facility Managers reporting in to this role. My client is seeking someone very comfortable with client relations and financial analysis, including, budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditures. A designation is required or in progress, such as an RPA, FMA, FMP, etc...And this candidate must have a well rounded background in Commercial Property Management. Ideally, you will have been a Facility or Property Manager in the past. Any technical background would be a plus, but this is a Management position. The salary for this role is negotiable depending upon experience and could range from $90,000 - $110,000 + .
