Executive / Personal Assistant - Downtown Vancouver

A very high profile client is currently seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to assist the Managing Director in his Downtown Vancouver office.

This Executive Assistant will be a master of all trades and the key senior support for the Managing Partner. You will be responsible for managing schedules, appointments, meetings, events, expenses, and travel arrangements, as well as preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.

This unique position will provide tactful and effective communication, prioritization of a variety of personal and professional tasks, as will provide administration support as required. The managing Director is a very high profile business man, he’s entrepreneurial, with a background in Real Estate Development and he holds other investments in many other businesses as well.

The role is 50/50 Personal and Executive Assistance. Confidentiality and discretion are extremely important for this position. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast paced business environment and must be professional, friendly, organized and have excellent communication skills with uncompromising confidentiality.

Minimum of 5 years EA experience and strong computer skills are required. You will love that no day is the same, enjoy wearing all the different hats, and getting things done on time and accurately in a professional, team environment.
