Facilities Management Assistant - Calgary, AB

Job Description:

My client, a large Commercial Property Management firm is currently seeking a Facilities Management Assistant for their Calgary office. This person will provide Administrative support to the Director of Operations and will have a good understanding of Commercial Facilities Management, as well as have familiarity with Safety and Quality Assurance programs. Primary responsibilities include, monitoring quality assurance reporting and ensure that standards are being met, assisting with preparation of operating/capital budgets, new employee orientation, completing and updating contract related documentation, in addition to developing and implementing new process and procedures, along with Administrative tasks such as filing, taking minutes at meetings and preparing general correspondence. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of related experience, excellent computer knowledge, highly customer service oriented, with conflict resolution skills, and an ability to demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm in their association with co-workers and clients. The salary for this position is dependent upon experience and ranges from $46,000 - $54,000.
